"Hona Hai Kya" has been rendered by Ram Sampath himself. It is one of the best numbers in the entire album. Sona Mohapatra's husky voice and Ravindra's soft tones make a brilliant combination. In every respect, this is the best songs of the whole soundtrack.

Ram Sampath has experimented this soft slow classical style number with captivating electronic music and dub step. "Jiya Laage Na" is yet another scintillating semi-classical style tune sung wonderfully by Sona Mohapatra and Ravindra Upadhyay, peppered with frenetic drum and bass to superb effect. Singers: Sona Mohapatra & Ravindra Upadhyay Remix version by Mikey McCleary: The remix is not too impressive, the good part here is that the original Jee Le Zaara is more heart rendering that you do not pay too much attention to the remix version. This song is an excellent combination of lyrics, music blended with Vishal's voice. Javed Akhtar's lyrics are simply superb and the pleasing arrangement of the piano and drums take the song to another level altogether. A soothing melody the song takes you into another realm. The orchestration in this song is simply excellent. Ram Sampath has made stunning use of Vishal's husky voice. "Muskaanein" is followed by another melodious number "Jee Le Zaraa" which has been sung by Vishal Dadlani. The tempo of the song is very slow and is accompanied with guitar and drums and has soft and seductive beats. Kareena looks stunning in the black dress and has done complete justice to the song. The ambience is also very 60's and has been shot by Reema Kagti in the same manner. It is a very seductive number and a club track which will appeal to many. However Suman Sridhar has added her own charm with her quirky and husky voice. The song reminds of the famous O.P.Nayyar track "Aaiye Meherbaan" from `Howrah Bridge' rendered by Asha Bhosle. The track opens with "Muskanein Jhooti Hai" sung by Suman Sridhar which has a very 60's feel to it. The music has been scored by Ram Sampath and once again the lyrics are written by Javed Akhtar, so one can definitely expect some excellent score here The film is being produced by Farhan Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani and Aamir together so it has to be unarguably the best. This film is being directed by Reema Kagti but it has been co-written with Zoya Akhtar. When Aamir Khan is associated with any movie the expectations run high in all quarters.
